Where we ship

All 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada.

Free shipping

Every order ships free within the contiguous 48 states. No minimum. Military APO and FPO addresses ship free as well.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories

Oil, grease and aerosols are heavy, so free shipping does not extend past the lower 48. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands ship for a flat $25, whatever the size of the order. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulk delivery within 30 miles

If you are within about 30 miles of our Azusa warehouse and you are ordering in bulk — pails, drums or pallet quantities — we can bring it to you on our own truck instead of putting it on a carrier.

This is a service for fleet and bulk orders, not for single cases or quarts, and it is not offered at checkout. Call (626) 378-7212 or email sales@calbestsupplies.com with what you need and where it is going, and we will price the delivery and book a day.

Canada

We do ship to Canada, but not through the website checkout — heavy lubricant crossing the border needs to be quoted properly. Call (626) 378-7212 or email sales@calbestsupplies.com with what you need and where it is going, and we will price it for you. Canadian orders may also owe duties or taxes collected by the carrier at delivery.

How fast

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next business day. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on distance. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Who carries it

UPS and FedEx Ground for most orders. Pallet quantities and multiple 5 gallon pails may ship by freight carrier. We will call you to arrange delivery if that applies to your order.

Aerosols and regulated items

Brake cleaner and similar aerosols ship ground only and cannot travel by air. That means no expedited air service on those items to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories.

If it arrives damaged

Oil occasionally leaks in transit. If a case arrives damaged or leaking, photograph the box before you unpack anything else and email sales@calbestsupplies.com within 5 days. We will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. You never pay to return a damaged shipment.
