SHIPPING

 

Free shipping in the lower 48

Every order ships free within the contiguous 48 states. No minimum.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Canada

We ship to all of these. Because oil, grease and aerosols are heavy and regulated, free shipping does not apply outside the lower 48. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprise charges after the fact. Canadian orders may owe duties or taxes collected by the carrier at delivery.

 

Same-day shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next business day. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on distance. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

Carriers

UPS and FedEx Ground for most orders. Pallet quantities and multiple 5 gallon pails may ship by freight carrier, and we will call you to arrange delivery if that applies.

 

Aerosols and regulated items

Brake cleaner and similar aerosols ship ground only and cannot travel by air, so expedited air service is not available on those items to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories.

 

Damaged or leaking shipments

Photograph the box before unpacking anything else and contact us within 5 days. We replace or refund in full, shipping included. You never pay to return a damaged shipment.
