SHIPPING

 

Free shipping in the lower 48

Every order ships free within the contiguous 48 states and to APO and FPO addresses. No minimum.

 

Military addresses

APO and FPO addresses ship free, the same as the contiguous 48.

 

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories

A flat $25 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Oil, grease and aerosols are heavy and regulated, so free shipping does not extend beyond the lower 48.

 

Canada

We do ship to Canada, but not through checkout. Call (626) 378-7212 or email sales@calbestsupplies.com and we will quote the freight for your order. Canadian orders may owe duties or taxes collected by the carrier at delivery.

 

Bulk delivery within 30 miles of Azusa

Pails, drums and pallet quantities inside roughly 30 miles go out on our own truck rather than through a carrier. Fleet and bulk quantities only, arranged by phone rather than at checkout.

 

Same-day shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next business day. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on distance. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

Carriers

UPS and FedEx Ground for most orders. Pallet quantities and multiple 5 gallon pails may ship by freight carrier, and we will call you to arrange delivery if that applies.

 

Aerosols and regulated items

Brake cleaner and similar aerosols ship ground only and cannot travel by air, so expedited air service is not available on those items to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories.

 

Damaged or leaking shipments

Photograph the box before unpacking anything else and contact us within 5 days. We replace or refund in full, shipping included. You never pay to return a damaged shipment.
