30-DAY RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCT

 

Buy with confidence. If something is not right, we make it right. No arguing, no runaround.

Unopened product comes back within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, or we advised you into the wrong grade, we cover it whether the seal is broken or not. What we cannot take back is opened oil, grease or chemicals you simply changed your mind about — once a seal is broken it cannot be resold.

 

Damaged, leaking, or the wrong item? We fix it free.

Photograph the box before you unpack anything else, then call (626) 378-7212 or email sales@calbestsupplies.com within 5 days of delivery. We ship a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You pay nothing, and in most cases we will not ask you to ship anything back.

 

Not sure it is the right oil? Ask before you buy.

Call (626) 378-7212 and we will confirm the grade and specification your engine or equipment needs. If we tell you the wrong one, we take it back even if the seal is broken, we cover shipping both ways, and you get a full refund.

 

Changed your mind? You have 30 days.

Send back any unopened product in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full item price. On a change-of-mind return you cover return shipping. Orders in the contiguous 48 ship free, so there is no outbound shipping charge to refund; on Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territory orders the original $25 shipping is not refunded.

 

How to start a return

Call or email with your order number and what you would like to send back. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything, so we can match your package to your order.

 

The only things we cannot take back

Opened containers of oil, grease, or chemicals, unless we specified the wrong product for you. Once a seal is broken the product cannot be resold.
