How we back every order

  • Verified specification

    Call before you order and we will confirm the exact grade and approval your engine requires. If we specify the wrong product, return it opened. We cover shipping both ways and refund in full.

  • Protected in transit

    Cases occasionally leak in shipping. Photograph the carton and contact us within five days of delivery, and a replacement ships at no charge. In most cases no return is required.

  • 30-day price protection

    Pricing quoted for a shop or a fleet is held for 30 days, however many times you reorder within that period. Longer terms are available on contracted volume.

Running a shop or a fleet?

If you go through pails, drums or case quantities on a schedule, talk to us once and we will set your pricing. Volume rates on cases, pails and drums, your quote held for 30 days, and freight arranged for pallet quantities.

We also deliver bulk orders ourselves within 30 miles of our Azusa warehouse. That applies to pail, drum and pallet quantities rather than single cases, and it is arranged by phone rather than through the checkout. Call us with what you need and where it is going, and we will price the delivery and book a day.
