MoS2 is a friction modifier, and friction modifiers are the classic cause of wet-clutch slip. So read LIQUI MOLY's own wording on this product, from their US technical data sheet: “Suitable for all 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, with or without wet clutches.” Their German sheet says the same thing — auch bei Ölbad-Mehrscheibenkupplung, also with oil-bath multi-disc clutches.
LIQUI MOLY's dosing instruction is one 20 ml tube per 1 US quart (1 litre) of oil, added at the oil change. Twelve tubes is three to four complete oil changes depending on your bike's capacity — a season for one rider, or a round through a small stable.
This is the count that makes sense for a shop, a club, or anyone who has stopped buying additive one tube at a time. It is also our lowest price per tube.
It is colloidal molybdenum disulfide in mineral oil, ground to a particle fineness of 0.3 micron so it stays suspended and passes through fine filters. Part 20296, made in Germany — 20555 in Europe, 22100 in Canada.

LIQUI MOLY also lists it as “safe with catalytic converters”, “miscible with all commercially available motor oils” and “also suitable for use in transmissions and final drives.”
A note on ratings: LIQUI MOLY does not claim a JASO MA or MA2 rating for this additive, and we are not going to imply one. JASO is a specification for finished oils, not for additives — your base oil carries the JASO rating, not this tube.

Free shipping within the contiguous 48 states, no minimum order. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on distance, and you get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Canada, where the exact cost is calculated at checkout before you pay. Aerosols travel by ground only and cannot go by air.

If we tell you the wrong one, send it back opened. We pay shipping both ways and refund in full.

Oil occasionally leaks in transit. Photograph the box before you unpack anything else and email sales@calbestsupplies.com within 5 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, and in most cases you do not return anything.
