It fits the Ford 3.0L and 4.2L V6, Ford's 2.0L four-cylinder and the Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep 3.7L V6. The Ford 4.6L and 5.4L V8s take FL-820S, a different filter on the same 3/4-16 thread.
What it is
RK195 crosses to FRAM PH3600, Motorcraft FL-400S and Purolator L20195, the filter for the Ford Vulcan V6 in the Ranger and Taurus, the 4.2L V6 in the F-150 and E-series, and Chrysler's 3.7L V6 in the Liberty, Dakota, Durango and Ram 1500.
Confirmed by two filter makers' published specs: Thread 3/4-16 UNF, anti-drainback valve. We leave out any dimension the catalogues disagree on, rather than guess.
