This is the Mopar 5281090 filter for 1991-2007 Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep.
It covers the 4.0L six, the 4.7L, the 5.2 / 5.9 Magnum and the 5.7L Hemi up to 2007. 2009-and-newer Hemis are not on FRAM's or WIX's list for this number, and the 3.7L V6 takes RK195.

What it is

RK4670 crosses to FRAM PH16, Purolator L14670 and WIX 51085, the short, wide Mopar can that went on Ram pickups, Durango, Dakota, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Cherokee XJ, the minivans and the LX cars through the mid-2000s.

Confirmed by two filter makers' published specs: Thread 3/4-16 UNF, outside diameter about 3.66 in, anti-drainback valve. We leave out any dimension the catalogues disagree on, rather than guess.
